The EDIBOT-30 is compatible with LEGO's making the building capabilities endless. The LEGO's allow for kids imaginations to expand and to grow and create more in depth and abstract robots. A number of applications are available to program the robots including EdBlocks, EdWare and EdPy. 
Each robot has the capability to interact with other robots as well as TV and DVD remotes. They transmit signals via infrared receivers and have the ability to line track, read barcodes, play sounds and music as well as move due to a motor with varying speeds.
